Corp. is a Nevada Corporation (referred to herein as “the Company”), incorporated
on May 21, 2003 to

/ Inventor / Founder
After
attending Mississippi State colleges, Robert Hunt began his career in
1969 as a New Nuclear designer for Newport News Shipbuilding, then a
division of Tenneco Oil Company, where he designed nuclear reactor components
for the U.S.S. Nimitz Aircraft Carrier. Mr. Hunt became a private inventor
during the mid-1980s while involved in the field of aquaculture. He
invented and patented a cryogenic liquid oxygenation system for the
aquaculture industry. He has since dedicated his time to the development
of his proprietary alternative, clean-energy generating technologies.
Mr. Hunt holds numerous patents including a thermoelectric generator
that generates electricity from the thermal energy within the air, a
new high pressure Drum Jet Turbine that among other uses is capable
of being mounted onto a high pressure natural gas well to generate substantial
power from the kinetic energy via the earth’s geo-pressure, without
burning any of the natural gas. Mr. Hunt has also invented a modified
Einstein Refrigeration Cycle and a revolutionary new design vertical
axis wind turbine. Many of Mr. Hunt's patents are licensed to Encore
Clean Energy, a public company trading under the ticker symbol ECLN.
Mr.
Hunt is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics
(AIAA), a member of the National Business American Association, a member
of the National Hydrogen Association, and he served as the first Mississippi
Chairman of the Gulf of Mexico Program.
Gene Cox - President of Hunt Aviation
Corp.
Attended
the University of Southern Mississippi receiving a B. A. in Psychology
and a B. S. in Anthropology. Mr. Cox was an executive with Citgo Petroleum
Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he was Regional Sales Manager for
Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama. Mr. Cox served as District Sales Manager
for Kindall Refining Company in Bradford, Pennsylvania where he was responsible
for marketing Kendall products to over 300 national distributors on five
states
Joe Chomko – Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer
Mr.
Chomko attended the University of Maryland where he majored in Business
Administration and Electrical Engineering. Mr. Chomko has worked for the
Defense Atomic Support Agency in Huntsville, Alabama and at Sandia Base
in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he held several top security clearances.
Mr. Chomko has held key management positions in the Gaming Industry in
Nevada, New Jersey, Costa Rica and Mississippi over the past twenty-five
years. Mr. Chomko has served as Vice President of Casino Operations as
well as Director of Operations where he has been instrumental in establishing
the operating protocols for several large casino operations, including
Resorts International, the first casino in New Jersey. Mr. Chomko is highly
experienced in the administration and management of newly formed organizations.
Dianne Hunt – Secretary / Treasurer
Mrs.
Hunt is the wife of Robert Hunt. Mrs. Hunt attended Mississippi State
University and graduated in 1972 with a B.S. in Zoology from the University
of Southern Mississippi. Mrs. Hunt was employed for ten years with the
Mississippi Bureau of Marine Resources where she was nominated for a Directorship
position by the Executive Director of the Mississippi Dept. of Wildlife,
Fisheries, and Parks. Mrs. Hunt has a strong interest in environmental
concerns that brought solicitations for input to the International Global
Warming Committee. Mrs. Hunt authored the first State Marine Litter Legislation
and was later recognized by President George Bush, Sr. in Washington D.C.
for her contributions. Mrs. Hunt was an original member of the Coast 2000,
a group of community business leaders and scientists who developed a master
plan geared at planned development for the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Mrs.
Hunt currently serves on Harrison County’s Smart Growth Environmental
Committee. |
